These healthy snacks are so easy and quick to make. They are a bit Christmas-y but I think they’re great to eat all year round.
You could also experiment and add other flavors. If you don’t have shredded coconut they will still taste great.
Healthy snacks with dates and almonds

Ingredients
- 100g almonds
- 8 dates
- A few drops of almond essence
- 1 Tbsp. raw cacao
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a food processor add the almonds and blend for a minute or two. Add the pitted dates, almond essence and raw cacao. Blend until it looks like a dough. Roll the dough into little balls and roll them in a bowl of shredded coconut.
