If you take a look on instagram you’ll find many different and colorful smoothie bowls. Basically it’s just a smoothie that you eat with a spoon instead of a straw, and you might have other fruits on top.
Since it is winter I decided to make a smoothie bowl that’s not too colorful, but still tastes amazing.
This is Dear November’s vanilla smoothie bowl with granola.

Author: Trine Robstad
2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 200 ml almond milk, or any other milk of choice
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- Blueberries
- Granola
- Dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a blender add bananas, milk and vanilla. Blend until it’s completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with blueberries, granola and some chopped dark chocolate.
- If you don’t have granola you can make a very quick and easy one.
- Just melt 2 Tbsp honey and 1 tsp coconut oil and pour it over about 20-30 g of chopped almonds and a few Tbsp of oats. If the mix seems very wet then just add some more oats and nuts.
- Bake in the oven on 160 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
- Turn the mix over a few times while it is in the oven.
