These three-ingredient dark chocolate truffles are so easy to make. These truffles are nice to serve your guests because they seem quite impressive and they are super delicious. Truffles are also a perfect gift, just wrap them in a cute box. Or just keep them in the fridge and snack on them whenever you feel like it.
Dark chocolate truffles

Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 50 ml icing sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate to roll the truffles in
- Almonds
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot with boiling water.
- Mix the cream cheese, icing sugar and melted chocolate.
- Let it cool for a few hours in the fridge.
- Melt chocolate.
- Take the truffle mixture out of the fridge and form small balls.
- Roll them in the melted chocolate and then in the finely chopped almonds, and let them cool in the fridge.
