In need of some energy fast? Then you should definitely try these energy bars with energy-giving ingredients like oats, honey, nuts and raisins. These are perfect to pack for lunch, the gym or for when you are out hiking or skiing.

Healthy energy bars

Makes at least 15 bars.
Ingredients
- 200 g honey
- 100 g oil
- 500 g oats
- 30 g raisins
- 25 g shredded coconut
- 50 g chopped almonds
Instructions
- Melt the honey and oil in a pot. Mix all the ingredients and add the melted honey and oil. In a medium sized lined baking tray add the mixture and press down. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes on 180 degrees, or until golden and firm. Let it cool a little while before you cut it into bars.
