These sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan cookies are so delicious and easy to make. With only three ingredients they are quick to make and a healthy snack. They are great to eat as a snack when you feel like eating something sweet or pack them as your lunch. They will still taste fresh even after a few hours in your lunch box. Since the ingredients are oats, banana and raisins these cookies are also great for energy.
If you are not a fan of raisins you can even make them with just two ingredients.
Healthy three-ingredient cookies

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 50 g oats
- 30 g raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the banana with a fork.
- Mix it with the oats, raisins and an optional tsp of cinnamon.
- With a tbsp make 6 round cookies that you press down a little.
- Bake on 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Bake a little longer if you want them more cispy, but make sure the raisins don't get burnt.
