Dark chocolate truffles

Ingredients
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 ml icing sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate to roll the truffles in
  • Almonds
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot with boiling water.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, icing sugar and melted chocolate.
  3. Let it cool for a few hours in the fridge.
  4. Melt chocolate.
  5. Take the truffle mixture out of the fridge and form small balls.
  6. Roll them in the melted chocolate and then in the finely chopped almonds, and let them cool in the fridge.
