Healthy energy bars

Makes at least 15 bars.
Ingredients
  • 200 g honey
  • 100 g oil
  • 500 g oats
  • 30 g raisins
  • 25 g shredded coconut
  • 50 g chopped almonds
Instructions
  1. Melt the honey and oil in a pot. Mix all the ingredients and add the melted honey and oil. In a medium sized lined baking tray add the mixture and press down. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes on 180 degrees, or until golden and firm. Let it cool a little while before you cut it into bars.
