Healthy stir-fry

Ingredients
  • 1 Chicken fillet
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small paprika
  • ½ chili
  • 3 button mushrooms
  • A small handful of sun-dried tomatoes
  • A few jalapeno
  • 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • 1 serving of barley
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken and vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Cook the chicken and add all the vegetables.
  3. Cook the barley and mix it into the stir fry.
  4. Add the soy sauce and chili sauce, and the spices.
