Leave to cool in the fridge for a few hours or over night.
Roll the dough out until it is about 5 mm thick.
Cut the dough into small diamond-shaped strips, 5x5 cm. Then make a lengthwise cut in the middle of each, and pull one end of the piece through the hole to make a knot. Here is a video to show you how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bFxUgTYhlo
Cook/fry in oil until they are golden.
