Eirins Tomato Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  • 2-3 chicken filets cut into pieces
  • 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 jar of salsa (230 g)
  • 300 ml water
  • 300 ml single cream
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • Coriander
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Curry powder
Instructions
  1. Cook everything together in a pot until it is tender.
  2. Use a hand blender to make it into a smooth soup.
  3. Add cream and bring to a boil.
  4. Cook the chicken pieces and add it to the soup 5 minutes before the soup is served.
  5. Serve the soup with a little sour cream and coriander.
