Vegan tacos with chickpea tortilla

Ingredients
  • TORTILLA
  • 1 (250 ml) cup water
  • ¾ (200 ml) cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • OAT CREME FRAICHE DRESSING
  • Oat creme fraiche
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • SPICY LENTILS
  • 1 can lentils
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • Taco spice
Instructions
  1. TORTILLA: Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan. Turn the tortillas over when they start to look a little dry.
  2. SPICY LENTILS: Heat some olive oil in a pan and put the lentils, chopped tomatoes and spice in the pan on medium heat. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. Other ingredients: Avocado, red cabbage, leaves, salsa, fresh coriander and lime.
