In a blender add bananas, milk and vanilla. Blend until it’s completely smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with blueberries, granola and some chopped dark chocolate.
If you don’t have granola you can make a very quick and easy one.
Just melt 2 Tbsp honey and 1 tsp coconut oil and pour it over about 20-30 g of chopped almonds and a few Tbsp of oats. If the mix seems very wet then just add some more oats and nuts.
Bake in the oven on 160 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
Turn the mix over a few times while it is in the oven.
